The Unlikely Florist started as a bit of a joke. As is often the case for actors, Spencer Falls found himself between hospitality jobs in Los Angeles. Not being the type to idly sit back, he purchased some local flowers to resell from his VW van. His surprise at earning a profit on that first day kept him coming back (despite kick back from the local authorities). In his mind, he was an actor playing the role of a florist, his stage was his van and his co-stars were his customers. Everyone watched the show slowly unfurl…
