Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
¾ oz (22 ml) lime juice
¾ oz (22 ml) agave syrup
1 slice fresh jalapeño
Soda to top

Method
Shake with ice and strain into a frozen footed Delmonico glass with ice, then top with soda.
GARNISH: 2 pineapple fronds
